Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
- ½ Red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 handful Coriander (fresh)
- 1 Lime (juice of one lime)
- ½ Chilli (optional)
- ½ Salt
- ½ Ground pepper
Instructions
- Remove the flesh and seeds from the avocados and mash until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Season to taste, and serve or store.
