Ingredients
- 50 g 80% dark chocolate
- 5 tbsp Almonds (ground)
- 3 tbsp Cashews
- 3 tbsp Walnuts
- 3 tbsp Hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp Pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Goji berries (optional)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients (except chopped almonds) in a blender, and blend until your desired consistency.
- Shape into balls (size of a golf ball) and roll in the chopped almonds.
- Leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
- Serve, or store for up to 5 days.
