I am a 27 year old doctor, sports enthusiast, outdoors adventurer and food lover. I have a passion for lifestyle medicine and creating the healthiest version of ourselves using a combination of nutrition, exercise, stress management and conventional medical practices.
I wish to learn and promote the best and most effective practices to help people to excel in all areas of their life. I am a Ballymaloe trained Chef, a certified PT and S+C coach and a fully qualified medical doctor enroute to specialising as a GP."
