Ingredients
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Butter
- 30 ml Milk
- 1 Head of cauliflower (large)
Instructions
- Steam cauliflower until soft.
- Blend to a smooth consistency using a food processor, adding milk for your desired texture.
- Stir in butter and add salt to taste.
- Serve or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
