- Pyrex bowl

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Cashew nuts (halved)
- 4 tbsp Almonds
- 4 tbsp Hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp Walnuts crushed slightly in your hands
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 75 g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids, broken into chunks)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Line a muffin tin with 8 muffin cases.
- Put all the nuts in a large bowl and mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey with the agave syrup and vanilla extract.
- Pour your wet ingredient mixture over the top of your dry ingredients and mix them together until all the nuts are evenly coated.
- Carefully spoon the mixture into the cases, using two spoons if that makes it easier.
- Place your nut clusters in the oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool.
- Last, melt the dark chocolate in a Pyrex bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water and spoon over the nut clusters, allowing them to set before serving.
