Ingredients
- 150 ml Milk (or almond milk)
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla)
- 10 Grapes (mixed)
- 30 g Strawberries (3 large strawberries)
- 30 g Blueberries
- 10 g Raspberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Plum
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and serve.
- For a thicker or thinner smoothie, adjust the amount of milk to suit your preference.
