Ingredients
- 100 ml Milk (or almond milk)
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla whey or 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt)
- 100 g Frozen banana
- 100 g Frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 20 g Mixed nuts
- 20 g Mixed berries (fresh)
- 20 g 80% dark chocolate (grated)
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Roast the nuts with a little salt on a tray in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 170°C degrees.
- Blend the frozen fruit, whey protein powder and milk and pour into a bowl.
- Top with the roasted nuts and fresh berries.
- Add some grated chocolate and serve.
