Ingredients
- 3 Free-range egg
- 1 handful Baby spinach
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Cream
- ½ Salt
- ½ Ground pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
- In a small non-stick pan, melt butter over medium-high heat, add in spinach and stir every 30 seconds for 2 minutes.
- Add eggs and cook by stirring slowly just until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains.
