  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder (vanilla)
  • 8 Grapes (mixed)
  • 2 Cherries (seeds removed)
  • 40 g Strawberries (4 large strawberries)
  • 20 g Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 handful Baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp Honey
