Lamb rump steaks

Lemon
(zest and juice)

Garlic-infused olive oil

Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
To make the marinade, mix the zest and juice of the lemon and orange with cinnamon and garlic-infused olive oil.
Marinade the lamb steaks, cover and stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Drain the lamb steaks to remove any excess marinade and move to a preheated griddle pan (or barbecue).
Seal for 1 minute on each side, then lower the heat and continue to cook according to your cooking preference.
